The placement of our highly trained nurse practitioners enhances the treatment of our patients through personalized, skilled care.
Our goal is to improve the quality of care that each patient receives in an effort to avoid re-hospitalization.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide vital augmentation of care consistent with individual care plans for each patient. As skilled, highly trained professionals, each member of the Southern NP team understands the specific role she or he must play in individual treatment plans.
Working with other health care providers, our nurse practitioners provide increased levels of medical attention. A central goal of Southern NP Associates, LLC is to improve the quality of life for our patients and to help avoid the need for hospitalization.
Expertise and Care
Southern NP Associates, LLC adheres to the guidelines of professional care set forth by a nationally recognized certification board. Each of our nurse practitioners is Board Certified and receives specialized long-term care training as well as required continuing education.
Our nurse practitioners help bridge communication gaps among administrators, doctors, nurses and family members. Further, our associates provide a different perspective and additional resources that enhance preventative care efforts.
